Marin Post Acute is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Staff Development (DSD) to lead our nursing education and training efforts. We're looking for a strong leader and mentor who can inspire staff, foster clinical excellence, and help build a positive, learning-focused culture.

What You'll Do

• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal training requirements.
• Lead CNA orientation and continuing education programs.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to identify training needs and improve clinical competencies.
• Mentor and motivate staff to uphold our standards of quality care and teamwork.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Current California LVN or RN license (required).
• Active DSD certification (required).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Skilled in organization, time management, and team development.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
