We're looking for a Growth Operator. Someone with a specific marketing skill they excel in and who wants to use that craft to build, create impact, and move at a pace they won't find anywhere else. This is a role for people who operate as player-collaborators — hands-on creators who lead through execution and teamwork, not hierarchy.

Why this role exists

Our marketing engine is growing, and we need people who can own work from concept to execution. We work cross-functionally and with extended partners, so you must be someone who collaborates deeply — inside the team and across the organization — while still owning the work you produce.

We want individuals who bring excellence in one marketing discipline, but who are hungry to contribute across multiple projects and workstreams. You will collaborate closely with designers, writers, video teammates, contractors, and marketing managers, aligning the work, pushing it forward, and keeping projects on track.

You'll also use AI and modern tools to enhance speed, creativity, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Use your strongest marketing skill to create work that drives real business growth
• Own projects end-to-end while collaborating closely with teammates and external partners
• Move multiple projects forward at once with clarity and attention to detail
• Build campaigns from idea to launch, bringing others in at the right moments
• Write clear, compelling messaging that aligns with the Revive brand
• Use AI and modern tools to enhance creativity and streamline execution
• Act as a player-collaborator: partnering deeply with others while maintaining ownership of your work
• Manage the work, not people — owning deadlines, deliverables, and outcomes

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, brand, creative, content, or a related field
• Ability to take a project from idea to execution with quality and speed
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams while owning deliverables
• Familiarity with marketing, creative, or AI tools
• A portfolio, writing samples, or relevant work preferred

Total Compensation (Base + Bonus/Commission)

$90,000—$120,000 USD

COMPENSATION RANGE AND CONSIDERATIONS:

The range listed is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and it may be modified in the future. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, and equity package.
