Overview

Seeking a highly skilled AI Product Owner to lead the design, delivery, and adoption of AI-driven copilots and digital products that deliver measurable value in complex manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, product management expertise, and hands-on experience with AI platforms and decision sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure copilots are high-value, well-executed, and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive high adoption rates and ROI across digital product initiatives.
• Lead digital product management for AI and analytics-based solutions.
• Apply decision analysis, value quantification, and theory of constraints to optimize outcomes.
• Manage low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing initiatives.
• Champion Agile methodologies and best practices throughout project lifecycles.
• Serve as Product Owner for complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (defense compliance requirement).
• Must be onsite two days per week.
• Proven experience in digital product management and AI solution delivery.
  
  

Technical Skills

• AI Platforms (including AWS Bedrock)
• Cloud computing and data management (AWS or similar)
• Generative AI and applied artificial intelligence
• Data governance and decision science frameworks
• Software development and product lifecycle management
  
  

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.34/hour - $73.96/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
