WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Evaluate and test new or modified software applications to verify alignment with requirements and quality standards
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test suites that integrate with continuous delivery workflows
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to define acceptance criteria and communicate test intent and results
- Perform root-cause analysis and drive timely resolution for defects
- Create and maintain test data, regression test suites, and automation frameworks
- Lead test planning and strategy for multiple concurrent Agile projects
- Maintain QA environments and support deployments from development through production
- Champion QA best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the department
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Proven experience as a QA Developer or QA Analyst in Agile development teams
- Strong hands-on skills in functional, exploratory, and automated testing
- Proficiency in test automation using Cypress or similar frameworks
- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset and a desire to mentor others and build strong partnerships within the team
- Experience with unit or load/performance testing tools
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and JSON
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
- Experience building or enhancing automation frameworks
- Passion for learning and driving innovation in QA practices
