About The Opportunity

The Office & Executive Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, professional operation of Camp Bow Wow’s corporate “Houndquarters” and providing executive support. This position combines office management, project coordination, and communications support for the President and leadership team. The role requires a reliable, organized, and proactive professional who takes ownership of tasks, communicates clearly, and consistently follows through. The Coordinator manages office logistics, coordinates office maintenance and vendors, facilitates internal events, and supports company-wide initiatives that keep our team connected and informed.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment and takes pride in creating order and efficiency. They are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency. They value accuracy, process, and clear communication - and are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to ensure things get done right the first time. They are steady under pressure, show initiative in solving problems, and bring a sense of ownership to every task - no matter how big or small.

This position reports to the President of Camp Bow Wow. It's an onsite position at the Westminster, CO headquarters. Onsite requirements are two weeks per month and remote flexibility during off weeks outside of in-person support needs.

How You Will Make a Difference

Office Management & Administration

  • Maintain an organized, functional, and welcoming office environment.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, seating, and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office inquiries, facilities, and service needs.
  • Plan and support onsite meetings and employee events, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Manage office calendars, communication boards, and shared resources.
  • Provide executive administrative support to the President and Leadership Team as needed.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate and track progress on projects, meetings, and operational initiatives.
  • Manage documentation, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support event coordination, team meetings, and special initiatives from planning through execution.

Internal Communications

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal announcements, newsletters, and updates.
  • Maintain communication tools (intranet, distribution lists, shared calendars).
  • Ensure messages reflect company tone, professionalism, and accuracy.
  • Gather information from stakeholders and summarize updates clearly and concisely.
  • Support the President and leadership team with presentation and content preparation.

A strong candidate will have

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting executive leadership and/or managing office operations.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable communicating in person and by phone.
  • Experience with event coordination or internal communications is a plus.
  • Core hours are 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday at our Westminster, CO headquarters, with the team onsite two weeks per month and remote flexibility during off weeks outside of in-person support needs.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be comfortable working around dogs in a pet-friendly office.
  • Occasional support for special events or after-hours activities may be required.
