Mobile Maintenance Manager will oversee mechanics working on daily repairs and installations. To
conduct inspections to ensure that safety protocols are followed, employees are properly trained,
organized inventory of parts/tools complete the assigned or new tasks.
Salary Range – Starting 100k To 130k Depending On Experience

Responsibilities:
- Prepare maintenance schedules and monitoring PM compliance.
- Assign daily tasks to employees – mechanics, oilers and welders.
- Inspect machinery for potential problems and recommend the necessary repairs.
- Ensure the proper onboarding and training process for your staff.
- Assist with daily equipment maintenance.
- Oversee and enforce good record-keeping practices in our software (Dynamics).
- Generate, Closed and follow-up with all work orders
- Enter Comprehensive job details
- Assign work to qualified team members
- Inspect the quality of performed maintenance work, implement policies, procedures, and any
- Overseas, all jobs are executed on time and are within budget.
- Suggest upgrades, overhauls and other changes to major systems or equipment.
- Recommend budget items, contributing the annual maintenance budget.
- Assist in developing maintenance procedures or preventative maintenance programs.
- Continuously communicate and discuss with staff-related challenges, goals or suggestions to senior management
- Able to communicate professionally with vendors, outsourced service providers, and contractors
- Track materials and spare parts inventory.
- Monitor and communicate safety protocols to all staff so the company is complying with all safety
- Able to communicate with union members and understand the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (Blueprint reading, Hydraulic, Pneumatics,
Engines, Caterpillar Excavators)
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- An eye for detail
- Computer savvy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma
- Degree from a vocational school will be a plus
- Professional Certifications are preferred
- Minimum 10 years work experience
