We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will serve as the key link between ownership and employees—ensuring effective communication, operational efficiency, and a positive company culture.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all departments work cohesively toward company goals. Acting as a liaison between ownership and staff, this role maintains accountability, promotes consistent processes, and drives operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on management, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of communication between ownership and team members.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including labor productivity, job profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with ownership to develop budgets, forecasts, and operational strategies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Address and resolve employee or customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to maintain engagement and clear communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations or management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, evaluate performance metrics, and drive profitability.
  • Experience with contracts and operational planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Professional, approachable, and solution-oriented leadership style.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
