Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
- Build lasting relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and local partners.
- Convert qualified leads into signed management agreements.
- Present clear, value-based proposals to prospective clients.
- Represent PMI Tree City at community and business events.
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing and lead-generation initiatives.
- Track and manage all opportunities in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and social media for outreach.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or home services sales.
- Familiarity with the local rental and investor market.
