Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks applicable to the industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of multi-state compliance laws.
- Knowledge of HIPPA, OSHA, FWA (Fraud, Waste, & Abuse), and Driver's Safety Training laws.
- Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent.
- Experience working within a regulated industry such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with international regulatory standards and cross-border compliance issues.
- Advanced degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting compliance training and awareness programs.
- Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure organizational compliance.
- Develop, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support on compliance-related matters.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance policies and regulatory changes.
