About The Role

The Regulatory and Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs that mitigate risk and promote ethical business practices. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on company operations. They will also conduct regular audits and training sessions to ensure ongoing compliance and foster a culture of accountability. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks applicable to the industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of multi-state compliance laws.
• Knowledge of HIPPA, OSHA, FWA (Fraud, Waste, & Abuse), and Driver's Safety Training laws.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent.
• Experience working within a regulated industry such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with international regulatory standards and cross-border compliance issues.
• Advanced degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
