Job Description
Join our NAND Product Development team for a hands-on engineering internship where you’ll contribute to the development of world-class NAND memory components. These components power some of the largest SSDs on the market and are integral to cutting-edge AI applications. Interns in our group work on real engineering challenges—not busy work—and gain exposure to the full product lifecycle from silicon wafer testing to system-level integration.
Role Overview:
As a Product Development Engineering Intern, you will focus on Sort (wafer-level) test development, supporting debug, validation, and process improvement efforts. You’ll write production-grade code, analyze test data, and help optimize test flows through automation and tool development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain test programs for wafer-level NAND component testing.
- Debug and validate test flows to ensure robust and efficient coverage.
- Analyze test data to identify failure patterns and root causes.
- Create and enhance automation tools and scripts to improve test processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
- Understanding of digital circuits and hardware programming.
- Exposure to statistical analysis and data-driven problem solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with wafer-level test platforms and semiconductor test methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools or dashboard creation.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflow.
