Job OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Manager to lead our customer support team and enhance the customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the support department, developing effective strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, and implementing training programs to empower team members.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the customer support team to ensure efficient service delivery
• Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures for improved service quality
• Analyze customer feedback and support interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for support staff to enhance their skills
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and communicate customer needs

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience in customer support management or a similar role
