We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Planner to join our growing team. In this role, youll help clients research, plan, and book unforgettable travel experiencesfrom relaxing beach getaways to once-in-a-lifetime cruises. This is a remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from home while supporting travelers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and needs
  • Research destinations, accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities
  • Create customized travel itineraries based on client requests
  • Provide excellent customer service and timely communication before, during, and after trips
  • Stay up to date on travel trends, destination updates, and supplier offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings
