Job Title: Assistant Construction Manager

Location: Bloomington, MN

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Management team to build and maintain client relationships.
• Assist in developing project plans, including safety, quality, and procurement strategies.
• Support contract negotiations, approvals, and execution for various project agreements.
• Coordinate site mobilization and demobilization efforts with the Construction Manager.
• Oversee project documentation, including permits, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate project safety, quality audits, and materials management processes.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software and document control.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction project sites and program management in various industries.
