Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including furniture, décor, and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients during events.
• Help with registration and check-in processes for attendees.
• Monitor the flow of events to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Assist catering staff with food and beverage service as needed.
• Manage crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
