We are currently seeking Sales Representative to join our team of outstanding employees!

Position Overview

The Sales Representative works within a fun and fast-paced sales environment. The individual will manage multiple accounts from our expansive list of Independent retail partners. He/She will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and identifying opportunities with retail partners. An interest in pop culture trends and products will be essential to the role. Have fun with your fandom and become immersed and educated in all categories and licensed products Bioworld has to offer. We are looking for a highly energetic, super organized and positive individual. Communication and punctuality are key, so this individual must be personable, a problem solver and very reliable.

Qualifications

  • Be interested, or well versed, in pop culture to identify with current trends and lifestyle brands which Bioworld represents. Candidates should be pop culture fans!
  • Exceptional time management skills: ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
  • Superior verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and patience when interacting with internal and external partners
  • Must be self-motivated to meet and exceed assigned goals and objectives
  • Ability to identify customer needs and transition them into actionable sales solutions.
  • Actively listens and participates within a team environment
  • Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model.
  • Coordinate, analyze and present weekly selling for accounts.
  • Sales experience in a wholesale environment preferred.
  • Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs.

Essential Duties Including But Not Limited To

  • Maintain, grow and develop multiple independent retail accounts
  • Pioneer and create new opportunities with strategic accounts; initiate and cultivate relationships, identify white space opportunities, and generate sales
  • Become immersed and educated in all the categories, brands, and licensed products the company has to offer
  • Utilize your attained knowledge to passionately convey a strategic point of view
  • Deliver superior customer service to clients by responding promptly and maintaining open and positive communication.
  • Perform routine account management and accurate record keeping of all accounts
  • Effectively communicate selling patterns and needs of your accounts
  • Partner with management by offering up creative input for ongoing development of product, marketing enhancements and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or a minimum of 3 year’s experience

Business Hours

Monday-Friday, in the office, 8:30am – 5:30pm; extended work hours depending on volume.
