  • Provide leadership-level support during peak workloads, special projects, or PM staff absences;
  • Facilitate collaboration across Project Management, Laboratory, Field Services, Quality, and Support teams to enhance workflow efficiency and client outcomes;
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and system upgrades;
  • Mentor and coach Project Manager I and II team members to support their development and cross-training;

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance;
  • Paid parental leave for both parents;
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP);
  • 401(k) with company match;
  • Paid time off + paid holidays;

What You’ll Bring

  • Advanced knowledge of laboratory accreditation, QA/QC, analytical methods, and regulatory frameworks;
  • Strong ability to interpret complex regulatory and technical requirements and advise internal teams and clients;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks;
  • Experience with LIMS, CRM systems, and advanced project management tools.

Your Schedule & The Fine Print

  • Full-time role following a standard Monday–Friday schedule;
