Position Summary
Reporting to the Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Disability Manager, the Workers’ Compensation Analyst supports the University’s workers’ compensation and occupational disability programs through case coordination and proactive injury-prevention efforts.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Disability Manager, the Workers’ Compensation Analyst supports the University’s workers’ compensation and occupational disability programs through case coordination and proactive injury-prevention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating workers’ compensation claims, documentation, reporting, and file management.
- Partnering with medical providers, departments, and administrators for effective case handling.
- Supporting injury-prevention initiatives and helping develop targeted training.
- Conducting data analysis to identify high-risk areas and recommend safety improvements.
- Assisting with policy updates, claims data reporting, and program development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in workers’ compensation claims management (TPA, insurer, or large employer).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to manage confidential information.
- Knowledge of occupational disability and return-to-work coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and claims systems.
- CPDM or IEA coursework.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Experience delivering training.
