About The Role
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a critical role in the daily operations of our home care office. From sourcing and onboarding caregivers to providing essential office support and building meaningful relationships with our care team, this role is central to the quality of care we help provide.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit qualified caregivers
Conduct interviews and manage onboarding processes
Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files
Develop strong relationships with caregivers and clients
Provide administrative support to office operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure staffing needs are met promptly
Qualifications
Compassionate, empathetic, and service-oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and pleasant phone demeanor
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
High emotional intelligence and attention to detail
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus
