The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on, driven, and operations-focused Scheduling Operations Manager to lead our internal call center team. This isn’t just about managing schedules — it’s about driving performance, improving conversion rates, and building a department that scales.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Team: Manage and coach a growing team of appointment setters to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Own the Numbers: Monitor call conversion rates, appointment volume, lead response times, and team productivity.
  • Train & Develop: Build training programs, scripts, and talk tracks to ensure consistent customer interactions and high conversion.
  • Improve Operations: Identify performance gaps and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Manage Tools & Systems: Oversee CRM usage and ensure proper tracking and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with company leadership to align goals, report on team performance, and scale the department.
  • Work the Floor: Be present and active with the team — listening to calls, giving live feedback, and making sure the energy stays high.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Leader: Call center leadership role, managing high-volume outbound or inbound sales/appointment teams.
  • Data-Driven: Strong understanding of call metrics, lead management, and using data to make decisions.
  • Operationally Sharp: You think in systems and processes, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to fix inefficiencies.
  • Coaching-Minded: Passionate about developing people, giving feedback, and creating a winning team culture.
  • Flexible & Reliable: Willing to work Monday–Friday, with weekend availability based on business needs (between 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM CST).
  • Tech-Friendly: Comfortable with CRM tools and can quickly adapt to new platforms.
