We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to start immediately.
oTroubleshooting nonworking telephones.
oTroubleshooting and Quick resolution of all software/hardware-related complaints.
oSetup and install software on new computer equipment such as desktop/laptop systems, monitors, and printers.
oTroubleshoot PC connectivity problems.
oEvaluation and implementation of new software tools into the environment.
oDocuments all troubleshooting tickets in Atera, including categorization and maintaining status.
oPreventive maintenance on PCs.
oDeploy new PCs.
oWrite procedures for Software/Hardware installation where required.
oMaintain project status and report.
oMaintain inventory of Software / Hardware
oRetrieve scanned images.
oObtain competitive Hardware and Software bids.
oAssist with Zoom issues.
oAssist in training new Employees on Network navigation and User software.
oAssist with toner management, including inventory and opportunities to reevaluate more efficient printers.
Required Skills and Attributes:
We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to start immediately.
- This is a 100% on site position in Beuna Park, CA
- Contract to Hire, on W2
- Up to 80k/year based on the relevant work experience
- Looking for someone with 5+ years of professional IT Support experience, and must have stable work history (at least 3 years at last position)
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired
- Need to be coming from an on site position, ideally from a manufacturing company

- Educational Requirements: High School Diploma; Some College Preferred.
- 5 years of computer repair/support experience.
- Understanding of Manufacturing or ERP Systems.
- Salesforce, Power BI, and/or Syteline 10 a plus.
