- Tech-friendly and ready to learn new HR systems and tools.
- Handle employee lifecycle events with accuracy and speed (onboarding, offboarding, changes).
- Serve as the go-to person for employee questions, resolving or escalating as needed.
- Maintain HRIS data and support process improvements as our systems evolve.
- Collaborate across IT, Finance, and other teams to keep operations smooth.
- Support hiring and recruitment processes, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communications.
