You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategic architect for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing the creation of operational playbooks, feedback systems, and the demonstration of exemplary facilitation techniques.

What You Will Be Doing

• Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
• Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and academic outcomes
• Personally mentoring a small student cohort to exemplify expert coaching and motivational techniques
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students through adaptive applications; your priority is training them to become outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that expectation
• Conducting uninspiring training – you will coach Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential development sessions
  
  

Educational Consultant Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
