Head of Program Management at Logos Space
Date: 5 hours ago
City: Redwood City, CA
Contract type: Full time
Logos Space is a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite system purpose-built to serve the connectivity needs of the commercial enterprise users and government users. We will help fill an important gap in the market, providing resilient, high-performance satellite-based connectivity services to enterprise and government customers worldwide. Business customers have contracts with agreed-upon performance standards for their broadband, and Logos will build these capabilities into the system from the beginning. Speed and reliability are the foundation of the system. Logos is designed to extend cloud and data center network connectivity anywhere in the world to fixed, seaborne, and airborne terminals.
Logos is led by a team of highly experienced engineers with proven track records in the networking and satellite industries.
Position Summary & Responsibilities
Logos Space is building a secure, resilient, and modern enterprise network from the ground up, extending from terrestrial infrastructure to in-space systems. We are seeking an exceptional Head of Program Management to lead the end-to-end delivery of our most critical programs across partners, hardware, software, and mission operations.
As the leader of Program Management, you will own the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that span Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, RF, Software, Manufacturing/Production, Supply Chain, Launch Operations, and external partner teams. Your mandate is simple but challenging: ensure our systems are delivered on time, on cost, and to spec while maintaining the pace, discipline, and clarity required for a first-of-its-kind space communications platform
You will bring structure to ambiguity, build scalable program processes, and drive alignment from concept through flight. The right candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, is energized by hard technical challenges, and can translate emerging ideas into actionable plans that result in flight-ready hardware and reliable operational systems.
If you are motivated by solving difficult problems, orchestrating complex hardware/software efforts, and building programs that support a new generation of space infrastructure, we’d love to meet you.
