Logos Space is a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite system purpose-built to serve the connectivity needs of the commercial enterprise users and government users. We will help fill an important gap in the market, providing resilient, high-performance satellite-based connectivity services to enterprise and government customers worldwide. Business customers have contracts with agreed-upon performance standards for their broadband, and Logos will build these capabilities into the system from the beginning. Speed and reliability are the foundation of the system. Logos is designed to extend cloud and data center network connectivity anywhere in the world to fixed, seaborne, and airborne terminals.

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Logos Space is building a secure, resilient, and modern enterprise network from the ground up, extending from terrestrial infrastructure to in-space systems. We are seeking an exceptional Head of Program Management to lead the end-to-end delivery of our most critical programs across partners, hardware, software, and mission operations.

As the leader of Program Management, you will own the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that span Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, RF, Software, Manufacturing/Production, Supply Chain, Launch Operations, and external partner teams. Your mandate is simple but challenging: ensure our systems are delivered on time, on cost, and to spec while maintaining the pace, discipline, and clarity required for a first-of-its-kind space communications platform

You will bring structure to ambiguity, build scalable program processes, and drive alignment from concept through flight. The right candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, is energized by hard technical challenges, and can translate emerging ideas into actionable plans that result in flight-ready hardware and reliable operational systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the production roadmap for terrestrial and in space systems
  • Create new tools and business processes that simplify, standardize and enable operational excellence across all programs
  • Understand dependencies between project execution and company milestones
  • Identify constraints and dive deep where necessary to unblock and deliver products
  • Develop and own tools that allow company wide knowledge or project/product status
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify project requirements, risks, and dependencies
  • Collaborate with hardware, firmware and software teams to architect and build highly scalable and reliable solutions for fleet availability and prevention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure systems meet significant quality, reliability, and service level requirements for a cloud environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 9+ years technical engineering experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 11+ years technical engineering experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years leading multidisciplinary programs
  • Capable of technical deep dives as required to execute on programs.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performance Program Management or Engineering teams that deliver results and impact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer engineering, portfolio management and validation experience
  • Data analytical skills- Knowing how to use data based and analytical tools.
  • Proficient communication skills using various forms of media.
  • Experience in managing people resources and budget.
  • Able to plan work, and work to a plan adapting as necessary in a rapidly evolving Environment.
  • Individual effectiveness skills such as discipline, time management, decision making, planning, and organizing work, summarizing results through technical reports
  • Self-driven, self-motivated individuals are able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment and across the team of engineers.
