Position Highlights
Assist other research personnel within the CRU with multiple research studies through screening for eligibility, consenting and enrolling participants and collecting samples. Perform data abstraction and maintain registry databases under supervision of senior staff. Perform literature reviews. Assist in the preparation and submission of research proposals and Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions. Communicate progress, challenges, and issues to supervisors in a timely manner. Follow all regulatory and institutional compliance requirements including GCP and HIPAA

- Hours: Monday-Friday, onsite
Assist other research personnel within the CRU with multiple research studies through screening for eligibility, consenting and enrolling participants and collecting samples. Perform data abstraction and maintain registry databases under supervision of senior staff. Perform literature reviews. Assist in the preparation and submission of research proposals and Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions. Communicate progress, challenges, and issues to supervisors in a timely manner. What You Will Do
- Collect and abstract data from medical records, databases, and study documents under supervision
- Conduct systematic literature searches and compile research articles using designated databases
- Support research team members with administrative and operational tasks across multiple studies
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized filing systems for research records
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to develop research competencies
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, tissue samples, and shipment
- Perform subject or sample recruitment, consent subjects, and de-identify samples
- Maintain a neat, clean, well-stocked, and safe work area
- Education: Bachelor's degree required
