As Human Resources Coordinator, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of the HR department, including payroll, recruiting, hiring, and employee engagement and retention
• Support department managers with personnel matters and team development
• Ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied in all situations
• Recruit, pre-screen, hire, and onboard new employees
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment
  
  
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• Associate's degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in HR, Business, or related field (professional experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)
• 2+ years of HR/Payroll experience required (healthcare preferred)
• Prior HR/Payroll experience in skilled nursing strongly preferred
• PHR/SPHR certification a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
