• Manage month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Oversee cost accounting and operational reporting processes
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial analysis
• Mentor and guide accounting staff, fostering development
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Leadership potential and drive to grow in an accounting leadership role
• Cost accounting or agricultural accounting experience a plus
