Nestlé Health Science is looking for a dynamic Program Manager to spearhead digital transformation projects across the organization. This role combines project management expertise with change leadership, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of digital initiatives. The ideal candidate excels at managing complex, cross-functional projects and driving organizational engagement with new digital solutions. This position is pivotal in fostering innovation and continuous improvement within a purpose-driven, fast-paced environment.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and global stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Create and maintain essential project documentation, including charters, plans, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Establish and manage program/project structures and governance, including defining projects, implementing agile methodologies, and securing committed sponsors.
  • Coordinate interdependencies among projects and activities within the program scope.
  • Proactively monitor project health, assess risks, and anticipate issues to ensure effective program control.
  • Develop and execute change management plans covering communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support smooth transitions and sustained adoption.
  • Evaluate and adjust change management strategies based on feedback and effectiveness data.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and design targeted communication and training initiatives.
  • Lead workshops, briefings, and engagement activities to build awareness and support for change.

Experience And Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • PMP and Prosci certifications are preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including leading change initiatives

Preferred Skills

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Agile projects, a plus.
  • Change Management Strategies: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing change management strategies and plans.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, or other relevant tools.
  • Process Improvements: Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement process improvements in a complex organizational environment.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to interface at all levels of the organization quickly and interchangeably.
  • Change Management Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks, such as Prosci or ADKAR.
  • Change Readiness Assessments: Experience in conducting change readiness assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Communication Materials: Proficient in creating and delivering effective communication materials to diverse audiences.
  • Digital Technologies: Experience leveraging digital technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI tools, to enhance productivity, decision-making, and project outcomes.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to oversee internal and external resources and deliver expected outcomes.

The approximate pay range for this position is $115,000.00 to $140,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
