team in the role of Human Resources Specialist. This position is full time position working in our Indy Metro Region (Carmel, Avon and Fishers).

Role Responsibilities

- Assists and provides support to Human Resources consultants and team members with HR administrative processes as assigned.

- Manages reports, spreadsheets, and other special projects that may require working with complex and high volume data.

- Maintains confidentiality of employee data and sensitive Human Resources issues.

- Works closely with the HR team to consistently deliver high quality customer service to internal and external customers, and provide professional representation of the department.


Key Relationships
Reports to: Director-Human Resources-Regional

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
- High School Diploma/GED required.

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.

- One to three years of job related experience in a confidential environment preferred.

- Previous Human Resource experience preferred.

- Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.

- Knowledge and understanding of regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).

- Basic proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
