Data Analyst at Longevity Holdings, Inc.

We are looking for a Data Analyst, you’ll connect information to real-world business and customer needs, delivering impactful insights and advanced analytics that drive strategic business decisions. Your work will shape product strategy, uncover new opportunities, and help us deliver solutions that truly make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to understand business requirements, communicate findings and translate them into actionable insights and product needs.
• Tell the story behind the numbers- framing insights in a way that informs strategy and sparks innovation.
• Utilize Python and SQL for data preprocessing, transformation, and analysis tasks.
• Own the design and build of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven business insights and decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth predictive analysis using statistical modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of predictive models to support business decision-making.
• Proactively identify, research and summarize impactful insights for key stakeholders.
• Connect data-driven insights to customer needs, product development, and strategic decisions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Management Information System or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in a [KW1] [JM2] [TL3] data analyst or related role
• Proficient in Python for data analysis and processing
• Proficient in SQL with querying and manipulating large datasets
• Experience in data visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau
  
  

Preference given to MN based candidates. If in MN, hybrid (1 day/week in office in Minneapolis)

The base pay range for this role is $72,000 – 98,000. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.

We give priority to candidates residing in states where we have offices: Minnesota, Iowa, Maryland, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and South Dakota.

We will only consider applicants who live in these states: CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NE, NJ, OH, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, and WI. Applicants outside of these states will not be considered for this position.
