This is a premium, personalized experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional process of forms and call scripts. You'll shepherd the complete admissions cycle for your families, from initial inquiry to final transition, delivering concierge-tier service throughout. You'll assess incoming interest, support families as they evaluate their options, and deploy AI-driven tools to eliminate administrative burden so you can concentrate on what drives results: relationships, conversion, and credibility.

What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing the entire admissions process for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
• Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM analytics, and AI-generated insights.
• Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, meeting coordination, and follow-through — providing a concierge-level experience at every stage.
• Using AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate routine communication, and minimize manual effort.

Admissions Manager Key Responsibilities

Execute a concierge-level, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing position with documented conversion metrics (examples include admissions, luxury sales, philanthropic advising, or executive talent acquisition).
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with professionalism and empathy.
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-phase journeys from inquiry through completion.
• Established ease with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
• Demonstrated excellence in managing details accurately — encompassing documentation, follow-up cadence, and CRM data integrity.
• Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
• Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
