We are searching for the best talent for a Program and Implementation Lead, Global Services HR located in New Brunswick, NJ, Tampa, FL, Manila, Bogota, or Prague.

This global, cross-functional leadership role drives the development and execution of strategic programs within Global Services HR. You will orchestrate efforts across functions inside and outside GSHR to maximize value, spanning people, processes, technology, and capability development. The role partners with GSHR leaders to shape programs, designs end-to-end delivery, and ensures on-time, on-budget execution with measurable value realization. You will lead diverse, multi-cultural teams in a matrixed environment, elevate governance and change management, and champion continuous improvement across the GSHR portfolio.

Core Responsibilities

Program Delivery and Value Realization: Lead cross-functional GS HR programs requiring orchestration across functions and geographies. Develop integrated program plans, own execution, and ensure value realization across efficiency, effectiveness, and experience. Influence sponsors and stakeholders on program scope, resource commitments, risk management, and trade-offs to maximize value. Own end-to-end program integration and track progress against time, cost, and benefits targets.

Strategy, Roadmaps, and Interdependencies: Develop integrated end-to-end strategic roadmaps spanning people, process, and technology. Identify, align, and manage critical interdependencies with other strategic initiatives. Create cross-functional execution plans and secure business alignment on timelines and resources. Partner with change management and communications to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption.

Project Management Governance, Execution Excellence, and People Leadership: Guide PMO resources and functional workstreams to robust project management, risk/interdependency management, and adherence to the program governance model. Lead communications and engagement on program health with Sponsors and key stakeholders; manage trade-offs and escalations. Provide day-to-day guidance to the core team, exemplify servant leadership, foster an inclusive, multi-cultural, high-performance culture, and develop a strong pipeline of global leaders (direct and indirect reports).

  • Lead communications and engagement on program health with Sponsors and key stakeholders; manage trade-offs and escalations.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to the core team, exemplify servant leadership, foster an inclusive, multi-cultural, high-performance culture, and develop a strong pipeline of global leaders (direct and indirect reports).
  • Conduct ongoing program effectiveness assessments and embed continuous improvement into program reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree in science, business, engineering, or organizational management preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8years of program design and execution experience, including 7–8 years of direct and indirect people management. Must be able to work effectively across U.S. time zones.
  • Global / Matrix Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment with multi-regional stakeholders.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong budget/resource management skills and ability to deliver on value realization targets.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Excellent problem-solving, analytical capabilities, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to tailor messages for diverse audiences; strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Change Management: Experience in leading change initiatives and working with change management and communications teams.
  • People Development: Track record of developing high-performing teams and cultivating leadership across a global organization.
  • Multicultural fluency and experience working across diverse geographies (e.g., Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific).
  • Time Zone Availability: The role must work U.S. time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in management-related fields.
  • Experience in Global Services HR or large-scale HR transformations.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, technology enablement, and capability development.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

The base pay range for this position is $146,000 - $251,850.
