As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The Global Network Infrastructure and Energy (GIE) team plans, acquires, builds and operates the network infrastructure from Google’s data centers to every internet service provider in the world and makes connectivity ubiquitous between every machine and every user on the internet. Networking Supply Chain and Commercial Operations (NOSCO) team’s mission is to responsibly and responsively execute the end-to-end supply chain and commercial operations required to support our customers. NOSCO focuses on delivering performance that supports network reliability, predictable capacity delivery, and cost efficiencies, which are all key priorities for Google’s network.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with supply chain management.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.

Responsibilities
- Oversee order management and drive on-time material delivery against Cloud’s forecasted capacity at Google’s network locations.
- Develop current and next quarter material delivery plans to meet forecast, deployment schedules.
- Lead open order book operational reviews with stakeholders and partner teams. Partner with multiple stakeholders, and vendors to drive daily operational workflows with bias for action.
- Identify and implement project based improvements for the larger group by exercising advanced domain knowledge to drive the organization’s long-term objectives.
- Communicate health of regional delivery operations, and path to green across all levels including effective data reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
