Job Description Summary:
Responsible for the overall management of an assigned special program(s) in coordination with the Special Programs Director and/or Sr. Director, Commercialization, including but not limited to: Program specific requirements (such as data collection/reporting, rendering services as contracted, etc.), program training and compliance, internal/external communication and overall program operations and execution. The Clinical Program Lead will work collaboratively with other Naven Health functional areas as needed.

- Implements and provides ongoing operational management of Programs/Products within assigned Special Programs and in coordination with Naven Health key stakeholders, such as Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Revenue Cycle and Clinical Services.
- Ensures compliance with Service/Distribution Agreement(s) including but not limited to service components, data collection, data reporting and service fee (where applicable) processing.
- Develops and manages to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and conducts follow-up procedures for monitoring Program(s)/Product(s) after launch.
- Acts as the Program owner to ensure Program(s) goals and objectives are achieved.
- Ensures specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) are developed, in collaboration with Naven Health Quality and Operations, for training and compliance.
- Develops and participates in business review presentations/meetings as directed by client.

Basic Education And/or Experience Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 5 years nursing experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty therapies
- Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and the delivery system within the specialty pharmacy segments.
- Experience with diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve the problem.
- Collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department and organizational goals.
- Ability to analyze and report outcome data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
- Developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary
- Using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
- Ability to work on a personal or laptop computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate basic office equipment (printer, scanner, copier)
- Willing to travel up to/at least 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing as granted by an accredited school of nursing preferred.
- Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
