Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and scanning of documents.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and organize office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for department meetings.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office personnel.
- File and retrieve documents electronically and in physical storage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Clerk or in a related administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
