Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Finance to lead financial operations across EPPA. This role requires a professional with integrity, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style. The ideal candidate will possess high emotional intelligence, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and a hands-on operational mindset. Partnering with the VP of Finance, this role will develop and execute long-term financial strategies; lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for new services, locations, and hires; and oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury, and internal controls. The Director will also manage revenue cycle functions such as billing, collections, and denial management; ensure compliance with GAAP, HIPAA, CMS; and coordinate annual audits.
