Salary: $60-65K plus bonus

Job Summary

A Japanese company is looking for a proactive Logistics Specialist to support import/export operations, customs procedures, client communication, and bid/tender documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export shipments and manage customs clearance.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Review bid/tender opportunities and prepare required documents.
• Maintain shipping records and assist with administrative tasks.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, international trade, or related field.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
