You’ll work with precision measurement tools, review parts for accuracy, and support our manufacturing team as we continue to grow. What You’ll Do
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer and company requirements.
- Use a range of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators.
- Perform visual checks to catch defects, irregularities, or deviations from specifications.
- Carefully read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Document inspection results and non-conformities with accuracy and clarity.
- Work closely with a strong, supportive manufacturing and quality team to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Contribute to ongoing development of quality procedures and inspection techniques as the company grows.

What You Bring
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of basic inspection tools and techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail — spotting small inconsistencies others may miss.
- Comfortable collaborating with others to solve problems and improve processes.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital quality systems.
- Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
