About the Role:

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

You’ll work closely with project leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives run smoothly on time, and within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination and support for P&O projects and major cross-functional programs that make a real impact on our organization.
- Assist the P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Manager in managing governance processes and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Keep stakeholders informed and engaged, from senior leaders to project teams.
- Monitor progress, anticipate challenges, and contribute to solutions that keep projects on track.
Essential Accountabilities:
- P&O Governance (Shared Responsibility)
- Assist in managing local governance activities (e.g., POLT, EPOLT).
- Collect and synthesize relevant data, prepare meeting materials, and develop reports.
- Ensure alignment between governance outputs and strategic guidelines and priorities.
- Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, O&I Manager, SVP P&O, POLT.
- Project Planning (Shared Responsibility)
- Support the P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager in developing comprehensive project operating plans (in line with Ferrero Project Management Framework).
- Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, Workstream Leaders, Project Leaders.
- Project Development (Shared Responsibility)
- Cascade project plan to stream leaders and coordinate execution across streams.
- Ensure timely and quality implementation of projects according to the project plan.
- Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, Workstream Leaders, Project Leaders, O&I Manager.
- Project Monitoring (Full Responsibility)
- Track progress against deliverables and timelines.
- Provide consolidated updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
- Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, Project Leaders, O&I Manager.
- Project Accounting (Full Responsibility)
- Collect and consolidate data on project costs and benefits.
- Deliver monthly budget vs. plan reports to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
- Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, Project Leaders, O&I Manager.
- Previous experience supporting project management activities, ideally in a cross-functional or matrixed environment (1-2 years of internship and/ or work experience).
- Exposure to governance processes (e.g., preparing materials for leadership meetings, collecting and synthesizing data, developing reports).
- Project planning and coordination, including supporting the development of project plans and tracking progress.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor degree (Master is a plus)
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge and proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, project management platforms).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of clear reports and presentations.
- Analytical mindset.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Openness to change and experience.
- Understanding of project accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development.
