You should be quick to learn, open to feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual assets for print and digital media (brochures, flyers, catalogs, email layouts, social media graphics, power points).
- Create logos, icons, and vector illustrations using Adobe Illustrator.
- Perform photo editing and mockups in Adobe Photoshop.
- Develop multi-page layouts in Adobe InDesign.
- Assist with digital design projects using Adobe XD and Figma.
- Support basic video editing and motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Utilize AI tools for photo editing and creative enhancements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
- 1–2 years of design experience (internship or professional).
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
- Portfolio showcasing print and digital design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Acrobat Pro.
- Basic knowledge of XD and Figma for digital layouts.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects for simple video/motion projects.
- Comfortable using AI tools for photo editing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred: Experience in the hospitality, cruise or travel industry.
- Strong proofreading skills and design sensibility.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
