Part-Time Dining Room Supervisor

Colonial Hill Retirement Center – Johnson City, TN

Hours: 32–35 per week

Schedule: 1:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m.; occasional weekends 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: No experience required

Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized Dining Room Supervisor to oversee daily dining room operations and support our wait staff.

Responsibilities

• Seat residents/guests and assist with drink orders
• Support wait staff during meal service
• Work with the Dietary Manager to coordinate kitchen and dining room operations
• Assist residents with menus and help tally weekly menus
• Maintain resident meal sheets for billing
• Create staff schedules and help cover shifts when needed
• Handle resident concerns and report issues to the Administrator
• Other duties as assigned
