Full-Time Barista & Cashier

to join our team at one of our Michigan Medicine Cafe's. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, fast-paced environment where quality coffee and exceptional customer service go hand-in-hand.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6am-2pm (no nights or weekends!)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
• Assist with light food preparation and restocking supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Provide friendly, professional service to every guest
  
  

Requirements

• Previous barista or cashier experience a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Dependable and punctual
