Director of Nursing Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered RN License in SD
• 2+ Years experience in Senior Living
• Management/Leadership experience
• DON or ADON experience is preferred

Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to day operations of the nursing department
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of resident care and safety
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents' health status and make necessary adjustments to care plans
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of nursing staff.
