<span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;">Performs a variety of human resources administration functions, including: conducting hiring processes, recruiting, initial training, new associate orientation, administering benefits, entering associate information into the automated resource system, maintaining personnel files, providing counseling, and maintaining EEO/AA records.

• <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;">Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
• <span style="color:black;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;">Strong communication, planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
• <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;">Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

• <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;">2 years of related experience.

• <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;">Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
