Senior Business Analyst at Robert Half

Our growing client in Metairie, Louisiana is growing their analyst team with the addition of two Business Analysts! While the role is hybrid, our client requires a local candidate within commmutable range of the Metairie, LA area as they go into the office 2-3 days per week.

The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams face and provide solutions to these groups.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide valuable financial and operational analytics to develop new product and service-oriented strategies
• Communicate and implement strategies alongside technical team
• Identify and solve weaknesses within the organization
• Use raw data to determine trends and crucial analytical and statistical information to key decision makers
• Explore new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or business-related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business, Financial or Operational Analyst in related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SQL, data mining and other analytical platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
