<span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Security Manager (SSL) to lead our security operations in the Westborough, MA area. This critical leadership role ensures operational excellence, contract compliance, and strong team performance, while also supporting strategic growth and client satisfaction.

<span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Salary: $106,000 annually

<span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Strategic Vision and Business Operation Goals

• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Develop and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational goals.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Provide regular updates to senior leadership using tools like Salesforce and metrics reports.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Collaborate with functional departments to meet business objectives.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Participate in company and client initiatives, committees, and task forces.

<span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Performance Management

• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Recruit, hire, and retain top operations professionals.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Set and monitor performance goals for security teams.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Ensure timely completion of performance reviews, development plans, and improvement processes for employees.

<span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Training & Development

• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Identify and address performance gaps within teams.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Ensure completion of all required training and encourage professional development.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Conduct regular meetings to review goals, share best practices, and celebrate achievements.

<span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Customer Service

• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Deliver 100% customer satisfaction through frequent client engagement.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Resolve customer service-related issues promptly and effectively.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to guide customer strategies.

<span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Other Responsibilities

• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Manage daily staffing and administrative functions for assigned locations.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Conduct quality assurance inspections and monitor Security Officer performance.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Serve as a liaison between Securitas and client representatives.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Oversee the training and operations of Field Supervisors and Security Officers.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Ensure compliance with company policies, post orders, and contract requirements.

<span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Qualifications

• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">4-6 years of professional experience.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">4-6 years of law enforcement and/or military experience is required.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Experience in security operations or scheduling is a plus.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Strong knowledge of contract security services, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Proficiency in analyzing financial data and managing budgets.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Flexibility to travel within the Westborough area as needed.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Strong customer service orientation with effective problem-solving skills.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, HRIS platforms, and SmartSheet.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, motivate, and retain staff.
• <span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;">Availability to respond to emergencies outside normal working hours.
