What You Will Be Doing

• Building meaningful relationships with K-8 students as a trusted mentor, fostering confidence and a mindset without limits
• Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to tailor educational journeys—students move forward at their own speed while you facilitate exploration
• Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops covering areas such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration to equip students for long-term achievement
• Cultivating an environment of curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students as they recognize their unique strengths and passions
  
  

Basic Requirements

Camp Coordinator key responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Demonstrated public speaking abilities, with proven capacity to engage and energize diverse audiences
• Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
• 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Readiness to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
• Availability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
