About The Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst to support ERP implementation initiatives from planning through deployment, driving cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that align with business objectives.

This consultant will partner with the clients Business Applications team to lead Workfront implementation, configuration, and integration efforts across multiple business units. The ideal candidate combines deep platform expertise with strong business-process understanding and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into scalable Workfront solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional subject-matter expert for Adobe Workfront, including architecture, setup, workflow design, and user administration.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, design custom workflows, dashboards, and approval processes.
• Configure Workfront modules (Requests, Projects, Templates, Portfolios, Reports, and Dashboards).
• Collaborate with IT and PMO teams to integrate Workfront with other enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, Slack, MS Teams).
• Conduct user acceptance testing, develop training materials, and support change-management and adoption initiatives.
• Analyze and optimize Workfront data structures and reporting to improve portfolio visibility and decision-making.
• Work closely with the Project/Program Manager to align Workfront initiatives with broader business-applications strategy.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 + years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or System Administrator supporting enterprise work-management or PPM tools.
• 2 + years of hands-on Adobe Workfront configuration and administration experience (system setup, templates, reporting, and automation).
• Proven ability to translate business processes into functional Workfront workflows.
• Familiarity with Adobe Fusion (Workfront Fusion / API integration) highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, or operations teams preferred.
• Adobe Workfront Core Developer or Administrator certification a plus.

• Additional experience with localization or product lifecycle systems (PLM) and low-code tools.

Estimated Compensation Range

$55.00-$75.00 per hour. This range represents the estimated low end and high end of the compensation range for this position.
