Representative Duties Include:
- Assist Small Project Lead-Man in completion of any small jobs that are assigned to the team.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
- Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.
- Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel.
- Be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Be able to climb and work from various heights when required.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
- Elicits and verifies punch list and warranty items are completed in a timely manner.
- Possess a current TDLR and EPA card with the State of Texas.
- Possess current Texas driver’s license and the ability to drive all types of vehicles in the corporate fleet within six months of initial employment. Incumbent must be insurable by current insurance carrier.
- Be able to comprehend and implement applicable federal, state, and local government laws, rules and regulations, as well as corporate policy and philosophy.
- Able to draw and install complicated duct systems.
- Able to install and run copper piping for refrigeration systems.
- Able to install and run PVC and copper for condensate lines.
- 5 or more years of experience in commercial/light commercial installation of HVAC equipment.
- Ability to read and understand complex blueprints and submittals.
- Experience in HVAC troubleshooting
