Alpha is transforming the traditional school experience. Our students don't passively attend lectures—they advance rapidly through adaptive technology, achieve mastery at twice the typical pace, and develop practical life competencies. Your role is to ensure these "3 Promises" materialize for every learner in your cohort and to develop our Guides so they deliver the same outcomes.

You'll combine exceptional coaching expertise with dynamic presentation skills, transforming training sessions, data-informed team meetings, and precise feedback into powerful development experiences. If you've exceeded expectations, transformed struggling performers into top achievers, or consistently reject mediocrity, we're looking for you to help us build excellence.

Why Alpha?

  • Market-competitive compensation – elevated pay structure designed to reflect the cost of living in these metropolitan locations
  • Comprehensive benefits & leave – full health coverage and ample paid time off
  • Relocation support – offered to exceptional candidates
  • Development-focused environment – access to coaching, professional development, and defined advancement opportunities

What You Will Be Doing

  • Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha's workshop experiences at world-class standards
  • Designing Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, effective learning activity design, and challenge resolution
  • Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that drives student engagement and performance
  • Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced mentorship and motivational techniques

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Creating curriculum plans – Guides support students through adaptive technology; you concentrate on preparing them to become outstanding motivators
  • Compromising on excellence – when our success benchmark is 100%, you'll uphold that standard
  • Running dull professional development – you'll train Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential sessions
