Quality Inspector - Aerospace Manufacturing at Kadon Precision Machining

Kadon Aerospace is growing! We’re looking for a Quality Inspector to support our expanding aerospace manufacturing operations. If you have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with precision, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect aerospace components to ensure they meet customer and industry requirements
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical comparators)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (including GD&T)
• Document inspection results and nonconformities accurately
• Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues
• Support continuous improvement and quality system updates
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Experience using basic inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and digital documentation skills
